Introduction:

1. Automatic machine firstly developed in China by Reliance, Features include automatic syringe nest-tub in -feeding, automatic paper -cover remove -throw down, automatic vacuum filling , automatic vacuum plugging and automatic nest-tub out feeding, Accurate filling , controlling bubble during plugging. Automatic operation with monitoring all the way. Beside normal liquid , also suitable for filling transparent thick liquid like ester acid.

This machine is suitable to presterilized syringes (SCF  type) made by BD, BG, SCHOOTT 

and major Chinese suppliers, custom-designed is optional for other type of syringes.

Then sync filling nozzles, four set of servo motors ( YASKAWA, Japan) for all accurate row by row moving during filling operation.Ceramic pluger pumps. Filling colume set up and accuracy 

tuning are executed on touch screen without any tools.

Color touch screen, real time monitoring and display of each operating status, vacuum pressure, fault indication and record, multi-languages display.

Process parameters can be timely printed , stored and retrievable.

All contact parts of SUS 316L and medical silicon rubber. Machine is coating with SUS 304 and 6061 oxidated aluminum alloy.
