Power source: Combine by pneumatic and electric. The machine need to connected to an air compressor, the air pressure press the original oil to go out from a container through the oil pipe, the container is placed in the big steel tank. And once the filling machine is powered on, main filling process can be program by the controller. Parts per minute, by setting the time, it is effected by consistency of oil, and air pressure. For example, fill 0.8ml cartridge, if customers' oil is as thick as toothpaste, can set the air pressure on the tank 0.4 Mpa, filling time for each cartridge, 3seconds. The more thicker the oil is , the more time it will take to fill each cartridge, the thinner the liquid is, the less filling time and lower air pressure it would be required.
