Monoblock Eye/ear/nasal drops
filling machine is our key product which was developed 6 years ago by our
company. Design by (PLC) Computer control, peristaltic pump dosing system, servo
driving motor. Auto filling, dropping/ plugging, capping. It's one of the new
generation equipment of eye drop production which comply with GMP validations
in pharmaceutical industry.
Characteristic:
1.Computer control filling dosage, peristaltic filling, easy to operation.
2.Easy to clean, sterilize, no pollution.
3.Can set filling dosage without stopping the machine.
4.No bottle, no filling, Filling part has the shrinking function against dripping after filling.
5.Auto display and counting function. Speed adjusted by inverter.
6.Adopts cylinder to auto add stopper, and add outside cap.
7.Constant torsion cap-screwing, the quality of screwed cap is reliable, no loose.
8.One machine auto finishes twin needle filling, twin track stopper-adding, twin track cap-adding and cap-screwing.
9.Can install 100-class laminar flow protection device according to the user's requirements.
10.The whole machine is designed according to the requirements of GMP.
