INTRODUCTION :

R-VF This monobloc sterile or non-sterile filler machine with function of fully automatic filling, spray dropper insertion and over cap sealing. It is widely used in spray pump bottle liquid filling and packing applications. Suit for spray/ear drops, orally applied drugs & oral spray, flea drops , liniments , perfume, and closing for different type of caps such as Dropper caps, Reducing rings, Spray pumps with short or long dip tubes, Brushes, Crimping caps,Pipettes.

FEATURES:

1  Filling speed up to 80 bottles/min .

2 The pick & place station places droppers and caps onto bottles sequentially by using vacuum.

3 The closing station is equipped with a servo head for difficult screw closures.
